I have invested a vast amount of time in furthering my knowledge and insight into adult and child/teen therapy to enable me to serve you to the best of my abilities.

My promise is to be transparent and real with you, to provide a safe space where you can be yourself without any judgement. An extensive education, training and experience in psychology (Master of Counselling and Post Graduate in behavioural problems) and years working with children/teens and adults, has provided an excellent background to guide my approach through therapy. Furthermore, my extensive experience in the field of addiction has provided me with valuable tools to assist people who find themselves wrestling with their own. I also assist and provide therapy to all individuals/groups who struggle with a variety of psychological difficulties.
