Gottman therapy principles are employed to enhance communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild trust. Guided discussions and practical exercises are used to develop the skills necessary for fostering a deeper understanding and stronger connection between partners.

Starting with a short 15 minute meeting with both parent and child/teen to gather relevant background information and to discuss common goals and presenting issues. Followed by a one-on-one session with the young individuals where they can freely express themselves. These sessions are designed with interactive activities and evidence-based practices to help them understand and manage their emotions, develop coping skills, and improve relationships with peers and family.
